Wicked Opaque Airbrush Colors are water-based, acrylic, multi-surface airbrush paints suitable for any airbrush project and spray-gun application. Made with opaque lightfast pigments and a durable resin, suitable for interior application and exterior application with a top coat clear applied over Wicked Colors, such as UVLS Clears.

Wicked Opaque Colors are made for coverage and spray opaque direct from the bottle, with a 0.5mm airbrush tip-size. Made with a high pigment volume and refined clay to allow colours to cover quickly while having a high chroma. Wicked Opaque Colours are made with a single load of pigment for a brighter, cleaner colour.

Wicked Colours™ is an ultra-high performance, multi-surface airbrush paint, perfect for t-shirts, automotive graphics, illustration and almost any application. Wicked contains mild amounts of solvent inter-mixed with a durable, exterior-grade resin and automotive pigments. This makes for an extremely durable paint that withstands direct, prolonged exposure to outdoors elements without washing or fading.

Due to them having exceptional flow and atomization they can be used right out of the bottle with most airbrush tip-sizes, including 0.2mm detail tips. Wicked Colours may be reduced with Auto Air 4011 Flash Reducer in any ratio for improved flow, atomization and customizing viscosity preferences.

• Best sprayed with airbrush tip-sizes 0.3mm to 0.5mm, air pressure generally set at lower 20 to 40+ psi.
• Thin with 4011 Reducer for use with smaller tip-sizes and lower psi setting ~ 5% – 10% per volume.
• Mix with 4050 UVLS Gloss Clear (recommended) or 4030 Balancing Clear to create a durable acrylic-urethane resin blend that adheres better to hard-surfaces and cures to a more durable, mar-resistant coating.

Wicked Detail Colours are sheered to a particle size of 0.1 microns and dry to a flat finish of 30+ degrees, perfect for illustrators as a flat finish reflects the colour’s true hue. Wicked Colours are sheered to a binder size of 0.5 microns and dry semi-gloss level of 70+ degrees. The refined particle size of the binder allows for ultra-fine atomisation at extremely low PSI settings without over-spray or noticeable tip dry.

For automotive refinishing, a durable, catalyzed urethane clear is recommended. Wicked Colours cure to a strong film with air-drying alone. Heat may be used to further assist curing and is recommended for t-shirts and fabrics intended for use with multiple washings. Heat is not required for automotive, illustration and most other applications.
