Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of goods by Widespread Solutions Ltd trading as GraphicAir. Throughout these Terms and Conditions, GraphicAir may be referred to as “we”, “our” or “us”.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
Delivery Information
Most orders delivered within the UK mainland arrive within 2 working days. However, customers should allow up to 7 working days for delivery to account for unforeseen delays.
Spray booths and filtration cabinets are manufactured to order and are typically dispatched within 7–10 working days.
Delivery charges are based on current Royal Mail and DPD rates and include packaging and insurance for UK mainland deliveries (excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands). Delivery quotations for other regions are available upon request.
International orders are generally shipped using Parcel Force, TNT, or another suitable courier service and are typically delivered within 8 days of dispatch, subject to customs clearance and local delivery conditions.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Orders over £100 (excluding VAT) qualify for free carriage within the UK mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and certain courier-serviced locations.
Orders under £100 may incur delivery charges based on weight, value, destination, and the nature of the goods being shipped. A minimum administration, packaging, and handling charge may apply.

Back Orders
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we may place it on back order and dispatch it as soon as stock becomes available.
You will be notified by email and given the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait for the item to be restocked.
Product Substitutions
Where an item forming part of a kit or set is unavailable, GraphicAir reserves the right to substitute it with a comparable item of equal or greater value.
If you are dissatisfied with a substituted item, you may return it unused and in its original condition. We will either provide an alternative substitute or supply the original item when it becomes available.
Consumer customers retain the right to return the entire kit or set for a full refund in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
Damaged, Missing or Lost Goods
Claims for damaged goods or missing items must be reported within 1 working day of receiving the delivery.
Claims for missing parcels must be made within 7 working days of placing the order.
Where goods are damaged in transit, customers should notify us immediately and follow our returns procedure. Replacement goods will be dispatched as soon as possible following receipt of the returned items.
If an urgent replacement is required before the returned goods are received, a new order must be placed. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the original purchase amount will be refunded where appropriate.
For lost or delayed parcels, GraphicAir will investigate with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed as lost, replacement goods will be supplied.
Ownership of Goods
Legal ownership of all goods remains with GraphicAir until payment has been received in full.
Cancellation Rights
Consumers have the right to cancel their order and receive a refund, subject to applicable consumer protection legislation.
To cancel an order, customers must notify GraphicAir in writing or by email within the applicable cancellation period following delivery.
Returned goods must:
- Be unused and in a resalable condition
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Be adequately packaged for return transit
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and remain responsible for the goods until they are received by GraphicAir.
Refunds will be processed within the applicable legal timeframe following receipt of cancellation notice and, where required, receipt of returned goods.
If returned goods show signs of use or are not in a resalable condition, GraphicAir reserves the right to make a reasonable deduction for any loss in value or, where reconditioning is not possible, refuse a refund.
Returns Policy
We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods and return the item within 7 days.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In a resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage, as GraphicAir cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.
Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. Faulty items returned under warranty will be replaced and shipped free of charge.
Pricing, VAT & Tax
Orders delivered within the United Kingdom are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
For international orders, UK VAT may not apply; however, customers are responsible for any local VAT, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
International Orders
GraphicAir accepts international orders and will arrange shipment using the most cost-effective courier service available.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations and for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges.
GraphicAir cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch unless a separate written credit agreement has been established with Widespread Solutions Ltd.
For convenience, order values may be displayed in GBP, EUR, or USD based on prevailing exchange rates. All payments are processed and charged in GBP Sterling and will appear in GBP on your payment statement.
Secure Payments
GraphicAir uses secure encrypted payment processing systems to protect customer information.
Payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateways using industry-standard encryption technology. Credit card information is not stored in plain text on our website.
Product Guarantee
We are committed to customer satisfaction and will endeavour to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
Unless otherwise stated, all products are supplied with the manufacturer’s standard warranty.
Product Specifications
GraphicAir reserves the right to alter product specifications, packaging, product contents, or product designs without prior notice where necessary.
Privacy Policy
Widespread Solutions Ltd does not sell or disclose customer information to third parties except where required to fulfil orders or comply with legal obligations.
