Part No: BV260S – BenchVent BV260S Recirculating Desktop Spray Booth

The BenchVent BV260S re-circulating spray booth is bigger than the BV300S and with its 2 external rotor axial fans and it’s as powerful as the more expensive BV200S. It can take up to B3 size artwork which is between an A3 and an A2 size 3. It’s a perfect air filtration solution for hobbyist workshop, design and technology classrooms as well as airbrushing demonstrations in exhibitions and shops. This is a recirculating unit and doesn’t require an external vent. It is fitted with activated carbon impregnated fibre filter which makes is suitable for use with solvent fumes.

Solvent fumes from aerosol adhesives, aerosol lacquers and fixatives, airbrush spray paints mist, and dust. Can accommodate artwork up to B3 size (353 x 500).

BenchVent BV260S Re-circulating Spray Booth Description:

• Body: Black powder coated steel case with white back stand and black carry handle
• Filters: Particulate + Carbon Impregnated Fibre Filter
• Motor: 2x external rotor motor axial fans, brushless, UL, VDE and CSA approved
• Others: Sealed electrical wiring and switch, downstream of filters

Operation:
Place the unit on a desk, bench or trolley, attached the shield, plug in and switch on.

The BenchVent BV260S re-circulating spray booth  can be used in two positions:

• Reclining (on back-stand) – Ideal for spray mounting artwork or applying lacquers or fixatives.
• Upright: For airbrushing models, light grinding particles, sanding and general solvent dilution.

Filtration:
The particulate (intake) filter is a three stage graduated fibre filter with a high ‘dust’ holding capacity for long life. Filtration to 5 micron particles.

NB: Spray particulate sizes vary from 10 to 20 microns. The carbon impregnated fibre filter (behind intake) assists in the reduction of solvent odours.

These units are designed predominantly for studio / classroom / workshop cleanliness and for immediate operator protection against concentrations of airborne contaminants. They are not recommended for continual usage such as production applications, particularly in confined and/or badly ventilated areas. (See extraction cabinets BV300S-D, BV200H-D & BV100H-D for complete vapour extraction for higher specification filtration.)
