The Iwata Maxx Jet compressor can run up to four Iwata airbrushes or similar airbrushes at the same time or a low-volume spray gun. Housed in a portable and sturdy case with a 2.5 litre air tank and storage galore for all your airbrushes, paints and accessories, the Maxx Jet really allows you to take your art on the road. It is part of the Iwata Studio Series Airbrush Compressors, which is powerful, compact and quiet. With oil-less piston motors, they are low maintenance and affordably priced. The Iwata Studio Series are the perfect companion to any of the Iwata airbrushes. The dual manifold air compressor is set up to operate one airbrush and one mini spray gun such as Iwata Eclipse G-Series and RG-3.

The Iwata Maxx Jet is equipped with a pressure gauge that displays the tank pressure in the 2.5 litre air storage tank and the gauge on the regulator displays the working pressure. The moisture filter traps condensation within the cup delivering clean, dry air. Using the adjustment levers on the manifold, you can independently regulate the air pressure to each air hose, giving you total control.

Auto shut-off technology enables the compressor to shut itself off when not in use. This feature upgrade is known to lengthen the life span of the compressor motor because it reduces the workload of the motor over time.

The powerful two pole 1/6 hp motor is oil-less, has a 2.5 litre air storage tank and stays cool with the built-in internal cooling fan. The air intake filter protects the motor from dust and particulates and is designed for easy-access filter cleaning.

The protective travel case includes a convenient retractable handle. The detachable top opens a handy storage tray, and the case contains two built-in storage drawers. Turn the unit on and off with a convenient switch mounted into the outer case and when you are finished you can detach the power cord for convenient mobility.
