Soft Start Valve for Protection and Longevity

All VT models, including the VT150, feature a soft start solenoid valve that releases air pressure in the pump when the unit is not in use. This prevents compressor overload and helps extend the service life of the compressor.

Internally Coated Air Receiver for Clean Air

The VT150 includes an anti-corrosion, internally coated air receiver to ensure that the compressed air remains contamination-free, which is critical for medical, dental, and food-grade applications.

Optional D Version with Integrated Air Dryer

The VT150 is available in the “D” version, featuring a high-performance air dryer designed to provide “desert dry” air. A multi-row, fan-assisted after-cooler lowers the air temperature before it enters the dryer, allowing the filter to capture water droplets as small as 0.01 microns. This removes up to 99% of moisture before the absorption system completes the drying process.

Durable Stainless Steel Dryer

The dryer is made from premium Inox stainless steel and self-regenerates during each compressor cycle, eliminating the need for regular maintenance. It also includes an integral downstream HE dust filter, ensuring consistently clean and dry air.
